Still time to complete the 2017 Tenant Survey

Tenants still have time to complete Access Housing’s annual Tenant Survey and go in the running to win one of 12 prizes.

The annual Tenant Survey is an important part of Access Housing’s feedback process. It gives you, our valued tenants, the chance to tell us what we are doing well and what we could do differently to improve our service delivery. Each year we review and use your feedback to improve our services.

All tenants should have now received a paper copy of the survey and a reply paid envelope in their letterboxes. If you have not received a copy of the survey through the mail, please contact our Head Office on 9430 0900.

Tenants that would prefer to do the survey online can visit To complete the survey online you will need to login using your unique username and password, which are included on the survey paperwork posted to you.

This year we have again engaged the NSW Federation of Housing Associations to manage the distribution of the annual Tenant Survey and to conduct the data analysis.

You can be sure that your feedback will remain confidential and feel comfortable about being honest in answering the questions.

All tenants with mobile phones will receive an SMS reminder before the close date to encourage you to return the completed survey via post or complete it online and go in the draw to win a prize.

By completing the survey online, or the paper copy and returning it to the NSW Federation of Housing Associations in the reply paid envelope by early–May 2017 (along with the contact details slip), you will go in the draw to WIN 1 of 2 $100 gift vouchers or 1 of 10 $50 gift vouchers. Voucher winners will be notified and announced in the winter edition of Access Housing’s tenant newsletter At Home with Access Housing.
