More affordable homes for Coolbellup, Waikiki and Hamilton Hill

26 May 2017

Veneto

Construction of 31 new affordable homes is now complete at Access Housing developments in Hamilton Hill, Waikiki and Coolbellup.

The completions of these exciting projects come less than a fortnight after the company celebrated the completion of nine new seniors homes in the South West town of Boyanup.

Veneto is Access Housing’s latest Coolbellup development and is comprised of 16 two and three-bedroom apartments over two levels. This modern architecturally designed complex is located close to a range of local and major shopping centres, schools, hospitals, tertiary education campuses, public transport routes and an extensive selection of sporting clubs and public recreational facilities. It is also just 10 minutes to Fremantle and 15 minutes to the Perth CBD.

Waikiki development

There is a limited number of apartments for sale within Veneto. If you would like to arrange a time to view our Veneto sales display unit please contact Magna Realty on (08) 9430 0980.

Our most recently completed Waikiki development – Access Housing’s second completed development within LandCorp’s Seabreeze Estate – has produced nine universally accessible villas suitable for disability housing.

The development features two and three bedroom homes that meet Liveable Homes criteria and include universal housing design features such as wide, level entries and passages, easy access to bedrooms and bathrooms, step-free (hobless) showers and large clearances around kitchens, laundries and living areas.

The Hamilton Hill development features two 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom and four 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartments, is close to
a number of amenities and has good public transport links into
Fremantle.

Hamilton Hill development

Since 2013 Access Housing has built or acquired 250 affordable homes across the Perth metropolitan area and Peel and South West regions. In addition to these completed projects, the company has a further 77 affordable homes under construction that are due for completion later this year.
