Access Housing Chief Executive Officer Garry Ellender will join fellow industry leaders and experts in presenting at the Western Australian Council of Social Service (WACOSS) 2016 Conference in May.
The conference, titled WAy Ahead – Leave no One Behind, will explore the future directions of community services in WA, where the sector is achieving great outcomes and where it may need to change direction to make a difference.
The biennial WACOSS Conference is a significant event on the community sector calendar and this year hopes to attract more than 400 social service practitioners and policy makers from across WA. The three day conference provides a valuable arena for delegates to listen to current issues from speakers within the sector in WA as well as national and international speakers.
Mr Ellender said he was looking forward to contributing to the program and discussing how Access Housing’s innovation is positively impacting, diversifying and catalysing the delivery of social services in WA.
