Access Housing’s most recently completed property development at Hines Road, Hilton was formally handed over last week, marking the completion of Access Housing’s seventh property development project.
Access Housing partnered with building company NicheQ for the project, which saw the builder use an innovative building technology called Structural Insulated Panels to provide an environmentally responsible solution with strength, versatility and exceptional insulation properties.
This maisonette development of four two-bedroom apartments is conveniently located close to Fremantle, shops, parks and public transport. All four of the dwellings will be used for community housing purposes, which will now see a range of low to moderate income earners have a place to call ‘home’.
The Hines Road complex is Access Housing’s seventh fully completed property development project, following on from previously completed developments including Burley Street, Mandurah (completed February 2013), West Road, Capel (May 2013), Barnes Avenue, Australind (July 2013), Blue Wren Drive, Eaton (January 2014), Waverley Road, Coolbellup (July 2014) and Allnut Street, Mandurah (October 2014).
The projects listed above have heralded 114 new dwellings, forming part of Access Housing’s development target of 191 social and 200 affordable dwellings to be achieved by 2016.
