New features, new look, new information and new energy – Access Housing’s new website has it all!
Access Housing launched its revitalised PC and Smart Device-friendly website nearly a month ago and it’s now more user friendly than ever before. Whether its information for Current Tenants, people looking to Apply for Housing, details of our Property Development activities or general company information, our new website has what you’re looking for.
We’ve added in a Google Translator function that allows for tenants and website visitors to choose their preferred language for information to be displayed in. Complementing the language translator is a font resize tool and search bar option to make navigating through the site easier. All of these options are available in the top right hand side of web pages.
Tenants can now also submit an online request for non-urgent maintenance work to be completed at their home. This service complements Access Housing’s 1800 203 383 Maintenance Hotline.
