Findings from the 2015 Tenant Survey

FeedbackphotoAccess Housing conducted its annual Tenant Survey during July in order to understand tenants’ levels of satisfaction with the services provided by Access Housing and to determine how those services could be improved in the future. This feedback gave the company great insight relating to our Customer Service, Property Maintenance, Communication and Overall Tenant Satisfaction over the 12 months preceding the survey.

This year we received 392 completed surveys (a 23% response rate). The findings and feedback from the survey have now been compiled and show a high level of satisfaction amongst the tenants that completed the survey and returned it to Access Housing.

Congratulations to our three lucky prize winners who completed the survey and returned it to us by the entry cut-off date. Winners will be contacted by Access Housing staff in the coming weeks and will have their names included in the next tenant newsletter, which is due in letterboxes late this month.
