Access Housing is pleased to announce that the 2018 Tenant Survey is now available to be completed online.
Within the coming days all tenants will receive a paper copy of the annual survey and a reply-paid envelope in their letterboxes. Tenants that would prefer, however, to complete the survey online can visit www.communityhousing.org.au/accesshousing2018.html and answer the survey questions there.
To complete the survey online you will need to login using your unique username and password, which are included on the survey paperwork that you will receive through the post.
The annual Tenant Survey is an important part of our feedback process. It gives you, our valued tenants, the chance to tell us what we are doing well and what we could do differently to improve our service delivery. Each year we review your feedback to improve our services.
This year we have again engaged the NSW Federation of Housing Associations to manage the distribution of the Annual Tenant Survey and to conduct the data analysis. You can be sure that your feedback will remain confidential and feel comfortable about being honest in answering the questions.
You will receive an SMS reminder before the closing date to encourage you to return the completed survey in order to go in the draw to win a prize.
By completing the survey online or by completing the paper copy and returning it to the NSW Federation of Housing Associations in the reply-paid envelope by Friday 1 June 2018, you will automatically go in the draw to WIN 1 of 2 $100 gift vouchers or 1 of 10 $50 gift vouchers.
Prize winners will be notified and announced in the mid-year edition of our tenant newsletter, At Home with Access Housing.
