Access Housing Chief Financial Officer Ian Aiyathurai will feature as part of an expert line-up of presenters on the opening day of the fifth annual Affordable Housing Development Summit in Melbourne on 27 and 28 February.
The summit has been convened to help identify and discuss the opportunities and innovations needed to help Australia deliver more than 1 million social and affordable homes within the next two decades.
Australia’s Federal Minister of Housing and Assistant Treasurer The Honourable Michael Sukkar MP will provide the opening keynote address to an audience of professionals from the government, community housing, property development and finance sectors.
Mr Aiyathurai will present a session titled, ‘Optimising Life Cycles of Social Housing Assets’, which will focus on the strategic management of homes for positive social, financial and dwelling yield outcomes.
