If you’re an Access Housing tenant and you have not yet completed the 2016 Tenant Survey, the good news is that there is still time to complete it and go in the running to win some great prizes!
The Annual Tenant Survey is an important part of our feedback process. It gives you, our valued tenant, the chance to tell us what we are doing well and what we could do differently to improve our service delivery. Each year we review and use your feedback to improve services.
For the 2016 survey, Access Housing has engaged the NSW Federation of Housing Associations to manage the distribution of the survey and to conduct the data analysis. You can be sure that your feedback will remain confidential and feel comfortable about being honest in answering the questions.
Tenants will have received a copy of the survey along with a reply paid envelope in their mailbox in late March. By completing the survey and returning it to the NSW Federation of Housing Associations in the reply paid envelope, along with the detachable contact details slip that was included with the mailout, before Friday 29 April you will go in the draw to WIN 1 of 2 $100 gift vouchers or 1 of 10 $50 gift vouchers. This year there are more chances to win!
