Housing Development

AHA’s intention is to achieve dynamic viability within 3 to 5 years, focusing on needs-based targeting. Partnerships have been developed with a number of support agencies to transfer management of properties. Future Capital Works commitments will ensure that AHA reaches its development goals through a range of projects including transit oriented developments, supported village communities and redevelopment sites.
