Affordable housing for moderate income earners

Access Housing provides affordable housing programs for moderate income earners who are often key or essential workers such as teachers, police officers, nurses or clerical workers; working families and self-funded retirees.

For allocations, we maintain a register of eligible applicants. From this register, we allocate individuals and families to our properties, including investor-owned National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS) properties. Allocation is not based on wait order but suitability to a vacant property.

Providing sustainable pathways out of social housing. Access Housing is working with the Department of Housing (DoH) to rehouse tenants who meet the Affordable Housing criteria. This is a great way to provide tenants with alternate affordable options.
