In February this year Access Housing achieved the signing of a contract for the development of seventeen, two bedroom villas for seniors in Capel.
Coastline Homes won the selected tender for the construction contract and the management order on this crown land was successfully transferred to Access Housing in December. With efficient planning from Access Housing all existing tenants were successfully re housed on a temporary basis and will be the proud owners of new homes later this year.
We look forward to the commencement of this project which is due to start soon.
