Established  in 2006, Access Housing is the leading affordable not for profit housing company in Western Australia, working across the market spectrum from social housing to affordable home ownership.

We provide:

• Property and Tenancy Management Services
  We manage over 1,400 social and affordable rental properties, with a growing portfolio.
• Affordable Housing Property Development
  Our development program currently extends through the metropolitan area, the Peel region and into the south west of the state.

Our projects are driven by local demand and assist a range of client groups including seniors, working families, singles, and people with disabilities.
